This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies AROOGA LLC ("AROOGA") uses on its websites, what each is for, and how you can manage your preferences. It complements our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser when you visit a website. Cookies allow websites to remember preferences, measure how pages are used, and serve essential features. We also use localStorage, session storage, and similar technologies — collectively referred to below as "cookies".

4. Your choices

When you first visit an AROOGA site, you see a consent banner. You can accept all, accept essential only, or customise. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser or by re-visiting our site in an incognito/private window.

Additional controls:

Browser controls — most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Be aware that blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break site features.
Do Not Track — we respect Do Not Track as equivalent to opt-out of analytics cookies.
Global Privacy Control (GPC) — we respect Sec-GPC: 1 as a CCPA-style opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (noting that AROOGA does not sell personal information regardless).

5. Third-party cookies

We keep third-party cookies to a minimum. Specifically:

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or comparable marketing-retargeting tags on our public landing pages.
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-preserving and does not rely on cookies for identification.
If this changes, we will update this list and re-trigger your consent.

6. Server-side tracking

For security and fraud prevention, we log basic request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamp, endpoint) at the server. These logs are retained for no more than 90 days and are not linked to marketing profiles.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies or similar technologies we use. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance, and the effective date will be updated above.
